Check-in is 3:30pm and check-out is 10:30am. Rates subject to change without notice. Special-event rates may apply at select times. Please confirm your rate when booking.

Confirmation Policy

Your booking is confirmed when we receive a 50% down payment on your reservation total (100% for holiday or special event bookings). Second half payment is due day before your scheduled stay.

Cancellation Policy

For standard nightly stays you can cancel up to 72 hours before your reservation. For weekly stays you have to cancel at least 10 days prior. Bookings during special events or holidays cannot be cancelled.

Termination Policy

According to North Carolina law, Woodlane House is a short-term hotel accommodation with "tenants at will." Management reserves the right to terminate any occupants for any reason, without prior notice.

Pet Policy

No pets allowed.

Security Deposit Policy

Security deposit will be refunded after the house has been inspected post-rental.

Extension Policy

Please be aware that other guests may be scheduled for occupancy after your reservation period. Therefore, extension of your reservation cannot be guaranteed.

Early Departure Policy

Early departure refunds will be decided by the Manager on a reasonable basis, but in no case will there be refund for a period of less than one week.

No Smoking Policy

Smoking of any kind is never permitted inside the house. Occupants agree that a $250 penalty will be charged to their credit card and/or the deposit, if smoke odor or evidence of smoking inside is discovered during or after occupancy.

No Parties Policy

Parties are prohibited.
