Rates
An unmatched value, no other accommodations in Western North Carolina offer the amenities of the Woodlane House combined with such economical rates:

    • $109 Nightly     $549 Weekly
    • (7 nights - $100 security deposit required)
    • $1500 Monthly (30 nights - $250 security deposit required)

        Inquire about additional savings for:

Confirmation Policy
Your reservation is considered confirmed when the Property Manager receives your credit card number for first-month/first-week rent plus a personal or business check for the security deposit.

Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is 72 hours for nightly stays and 10 days before arrival for weekly or monthly stays.

Termination Policy
According to North Carolina law, Woodlane House is a short-term hotel accommodation with "tenants at will." Management reserves the right to terminate accommodation of any occupants for any reason, without prior notice.

Security Deposit Policy
The security deposit is $100 for weekly renters or $200 for month-to-month renters. The security deposit check is deposited immediately and must clear the company's bank before you receive keys to the house.

The security deposit is returned via mail to your permanent address within 30 days of vacating the premises, minus any costs for losses or damages at replacement costs. Monthly/weekly rental is charged to your credit card automatically.

Extension Policy
Please be aware that other guests may be scheduled for occupancy after your reservation period. Therefor, extension of your reservation cannot be guaranteed.

Early Departure Policy
It's best to reserve Woodlane House for as long as you think you'll need to be there. If you must leave earlier, Kangaroo Products Company will work with you if other guests are ready to move in. However, if other parties have been turned away or no other guests are coming, you'll be charged for the length of your reserved stay. Accommodation rates at Woodlane House are by the month or week. Early departures will be decided by the Manager on a reasonable basis, but in no case will there be refund for a period of less than one week.

No Smoking Policy
Smoking of any kind is never permitted inside the house. Occupants agree that a $250 penalty will be charged to their credit card and/or the deposit, if smoke odor or evidence of smoking inside is discovered during or after occupancy.
